We are delighted to be working with an innovative technology company based near Abingdon who are recruiting for an Office Administrator to join their friendly team of 25 office staff.

This role provides administrative support to the Administration Manager and a complete support service for the organisation.

As the Office Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Meeting and Greeting visitors
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Resolving invoice queries
  • Processing of expenses
  • Setting up of new vendor and client information
  • Maintain accurate files and data in line with company policies
  • Processing of purchase invoices and credit notes

The Office Administrator will be IT literate and a confident team player. You will have a good understanding of office procedures together with excellent communication skills and the ability to multi task in an ever changing environment.

The hours of work are Monday – Friday 09.00 – 5.30pm with 1 day working at home (to be agreed)
