Job Title: Occupational Health Nurse
Our client, a valuable and one of the largest NHS Trusts in London, is recruiting a series of Occupational Health Nurses/Advisors within various bandings. You will play a crucial role in promoting and maintaining the health, safety, and well-being of current and prospective employees. With a focus on prevention and early intervention, you will contribute to creating a healthy and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conductprehensive occupational health assessments and screenings.
Provide professional advice and support on occupational health matters.
Develop and implement health promotion programs and initiatives.
Monitor and manage employee absence and rehabilitation cases.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective health and safety practices.
Maintain accurate and confidential occupational health records.
What you'll need:
Valid NMC Pin.
Occupational Health Qualification.
Right to work in the UK.
Proof of "NON EPP blood" (EPP refers to Exposure Prone Procedures).
