Responsibilities:
* Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and age-appropriate activities
* Assist in creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
* Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
* Monitor and record the progress and development of children
* Support children’s social, emotional, and educational development
Requirements:
* Previous experience working with Early Years children
* Understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A nurturing and patient approach to working with young children
* Relevant qualifications in Early Years education (desirable)
