Teaching Duties:
Design and implement a stimulating and engaging curriculum that meets the needs of all students in the 2-3-year-old class.
Create a positive, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment that encourages young learners to explore and grow.
Regularly assess student's progress, providing detailed feedback to parents and carers, and keeping accurate records.
Offer personalised support to each child, catering to their unique developmental needs and fostering a love for learning.
Work closely with other staff members to plan and deliver cohesive educational experiences, participating in staff meetings and professional development.
Build strong relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed of their child's progress and involving them in the educational process.
Requirements:
QTS certificate or equivalent.
Prior experience in early years education is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and organisational skills, a passion for early childhood education, and a commitment to inclusive teaching practices.
