Requirements
Ideally you willhave
Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent inEarly Years / Childcare
Haveat least 2 years previous experience of working in a DayNursery
Haveat least 1 years experience of leading and supportingteams
Caninspire energise and support others
Has agenuine passion and excitement to work with children and helpingothers learn
Soundknowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards andrequirements
