The beautiful Nursery near Epsom is looking for a very experienced Nursery Manager who can support and grow the setting. Our Clients are offered 40 hr working week, 5 days, and fantastic benefits with a salary c£45k depending on experience, onsite parking, great bus and train routes, together with working for a supportive and passionate Nursery Provider.

Requirements
Ideally you will have
Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare
Have at least 3 years' previous experience of working in a Day Nursery
Have at least 2 years' experience of leading and supporting teams
Can inspire, energise and support others
Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn
Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
