Nursery Assistant - Role and Responsibilities:
Support the nursery team in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young children.
Assist in planning and implementing educational activities that promote children's development.
Provide individual and group support to children, fostering their social and cognitive skills.
Ensure the well-being of all children by following health and safety guidelines.
Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to create a positive learning experience.
Nursery Assistant - Requirements:
Experience working with young children in an educational setting is highly desirable.
A valid DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one through Reeson Education.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive, caring, and enthusiastic attitude towards working with children.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
