The Ideal Candidate:
- A qualified Drama Teacher (QTS) with a passion for inspiring young people and a strong understanding of theatrical theory, practical skills, and various teaching methodologies.
- Experience teaching Drama at the specified level (GCSE or A-Level) is preferred, but we welcome applications from enthusiastic Newly Qualified Teachers (NQT) as well.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students from diverse backgrounds and learning styles.
