We are currently looking to recruit a New Graduate Vet to join our team at Thompsons Veterinary Surgery in Sutton-in-Ashfield, Nottinghamshire. We are a practice that retains its team extremely well and thrives on creating a positive, fun and caring working atmosphere. We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual.
Who are we? We have an approachable, experienced team of Vets who create supportive ethos especially in discussion of cases as encouraging improvement. Our Nurses are helpful, eager to go the extra mile, extremely skilled and involved. We are a training centre for both Vets and Nurses. One of our biggest selling points are our people, we retain extremely well. Part of our practice culture is to create a supportive, progressive environment where we take career and personal progression seriously. For example one of our team performs acupuncture for patients!
Our practice…. Is located near to the peak district for recreation as well as Nottingham as the major town / city. We are easily accessed from the M1. We have a spacious building with good sized consult rooms with natural lighting and a theatre as well as plentiful staff areas to assist with wellbeing. You will have access to a range of modern equipment and a team enthusiastic to build interesting caseloads. Free onsite parking is available on site.
This is a full time position with no out of hours and Saturday mornings on a rota.
