Requirements

• Scanners:
  
• Connectionto WiFi. Troubleshoot / assist with connection to RFSmart &SAP.
  
• Set up Configure &troubleshoot Android tablets.
  
• Setup Configure & troubleshoot mobileprinters
  
• Printing:
  
• Printer connectivity (IPaddressing WiFi / LAN connection).
  
• Label paper ribbon refresh&maintenance
  
• Desktop:
  
• Reimage.Connectto WiFi / LAN.
  
• FileAccess to shared drives. Printing from Laptops and Desktops.
  
• Generalexperience with SAP to assist the users in navigating and gettingfamiliar with the userinterface.
  
• AudioVisual:
  
• Set up andconfigure Crestron / Poly meeting rooms.
  
• Troubleshoot Video Conferenceconnections.
  
• General:
  
• Updateincident and change requests in ServiceNow.
  
• Record andupdate changes in Assets in AssetTracker
