Are you looking for a new opportunity for a Housing Association based in South Wales? I'm currently recruiting for a Neighbourhood Assistant to join a Housing Assassination based in South Wales on a temporary contract. This opportunity comes with a lot of benefits and is hybrid working.

Job Title: Neighbourhood Assistant
Hourly Rate: 18 p/h - 23 p/h via umbrella
Location: South Wales

Neighbourhood Assistant responsibilities:

  • Dealing with allocations, mutual exchanges and end of tenancy
  • Provide appropriate advice in respect of all tenancy issues
  • Maintain accurate record and statics relating to the work of the section
  • Assist with the control/monitoring of the section budgets

    • Neighbourhood Assistants requirements:

  • Previous experience in Social Housing and General Needs
  • Clean DBS
  • Available within 1 week
