Location: Office based (Bristol, St Helens, Lutterworth, Feltham or Rainham)

Contract: Full Time, Salaried

Operating across the UK & Ireland, you will tactically drive sales and volume with the support of our established Wayfair UK & Ireland Logistics Network; carving a diverse business offering to Third Parties challenged with managing and executing large parcel fulfilment and delivery execution.  

We have an ambitious growth strategy, and with the full support of a globally agile infrastructure, this expansion has the ability to quickly gain momentum with your skills, focus and resilience.

Primary Focus

  • Identify and create new business opportunities to grow our UK & IE market presence for delivery services.
  • Nurture and develop strong business partnerships, through understanding clients needs and translating into tailored commercial service proposals.    
  • Effectively negotiate agreements to drive business partnerships with new clients aligned to our sales targets and strategy.
  • Proactively collaborate with cross functional partners to continually elevate the business infrastructure. 
  • Regular travel to trade shows and client locations; increasing brand awareness and maximising networking opportunities.

We are excited to hear from you, if you are:

  • Able to demonstrate sustained success within a direct sales position, managing the full sales cycle, preferably within a logistics, distribution, supply chain business or a similar field.
  • A forward thinking, entrepreneurial and tactically minded individual.
  • Skilled in converting sales, through the creation and progressive management of sales opportunities.
  • An effective communicator, who can nurture and harness professional partnerships.
  • Commercially astute, with the ability to identify, present and negotiate attraction service packages.
  • Self-motivated, resilient and focused to operate independently with minimal supervision.
  • Able to demonstrate excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal), any other European language would be a plus.
  • Comfortable in IT systems and navigation (Google &/ or Microsoft Suite)

In addition, you will

  • Hold a valid driving licence within the UK.
  • Be flexible for regular travel.
