Purpose  
To provide careers advice and guidance to National Careers Service customers using various modes of delivery, and support customers through to job or learning outcomes.

Trainee Careers Adviser - Starting at £28847 per annum  

Careers Adviser (Level 4 qualified) - Starting at £31,250 per annum  

Careers Adviser (Level 6 qualified) - Starting at £33,654.00 per annum  

Essential:

You will have:

  • Hold, as a minimum, Level 4 Diploma in Careers Information and Advice or 
    NVQ 4 in Advice & Guidance or willing to undertake and complete training 
    within 12 months of starting.
  • Experience in delivery of careers advice to adults, individually or in groups, 
    employed and unemployed
  •  Able to work in a target driven environment, and ability to meet or exceed 
    contract targets
  • Ability and flexibility to work in different outreach locations
