Purpose
To provide careers advice and guidance to National Careers Service customers using various modes of delivery, and support customers through to job or learning outcomes.
Trainee Careers Adviser - Starting at £28847 per annum
Careers Adviser (Level 4 qualified) - Starting at £31,250 per annum
Careers Adviser (Level 6 qualified) - Starting at £33,654.00 per annum
Essential:
You will have:
Hold, as a minimum, Level 4 Diploma in Careers Information and Advice or
NVQ 4 in Advice & Guidance or willing to undertake and complete training
within 12 months of starting.
Experience in delivery of careers advice to adults, individually or in groups,
employed and unemployed
Able to work in a target driven environment, and ability to meet or exceed
contract targets
Ability and flexibility to work in different outreach locations
