We're looking for a National Account Manager to join our Distribution Services Team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

As National Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing day to day account management to an appropriate number of Group Product Provider and Investment Company relationships. You'll manage the marketing for strategic and tactical partners to maximise their value from our relationship and seek out potential new strategic partners to generate additional income for the Group. Assisting the Head of Distribution Services, you'll ensure the smooth delivery of the partnerships, and enable achievement of income targets for the Group.

Please note that due to the nature of this role, a Valid Driving License for use in the UK is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of relationships with a several key partners and help fulfil all marketing packages to ensure continued successful relationships
  • Assist in achieving income targets for all strategic partnership revenue for SimplyBiz and its associated companies, including sourcing new revenue.
  • Ensure the delivery of strategic activity agreed within the packages, and keep accurate records of all delivery by working closely with the Strategic Account Executive.
  • Co-ordinating cross functional meetings with key accounts, e.g. operational meetings, agency meetings etc.
  • Produce the most appropriate Management Information and distribute to key accounts on a regular basis.
  • Production of Management Information and agendas for all partner strategy meetings, along with attending these meetings.
  • Assist the Strategic team to work within a set budget.
  • Assist with resolving member complaints relating to key partners.
  • Coordinate with the Events team to ensure our partners are involved at the right level and with appropriate content.

What You'll Need:

  • Financial services experience with a knowledge of the IFA sector
  • Experience of relationship management at a senior level is desirable
  • Marketing communications experience would be an advantage
  • Good copy writing and proof reading skills
  • Confidentiality and a professional attitude
  • Able to work to agreed targets and under pressure
  • Willing to travel and work unsociable hours
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Collaborative approach to working in a team and with others across the business
