Red Bull UK are recruiting for a National Account Executive - Contract Catering FTC 12 Months based across in the UK.
The National Account Executive is responsible for achievement of volume, profit and net revenue targets, interacting closely with the wider Red Bull business including Field Sales, Logistics, Finance etc. as well as managing key customer relationships. The strategic direction of the company is to be followed with emphasis on the key pillars within the catering channel and the wider On-Premise channel. This role is crucial to the overall delivery of the Catering Channel P&L. The NAE will be responsible for the day to day management of the UK’s biggest contract caterer, Compass Group, supporting the National Account Manager in unlocking key relationships across all 8 sectors within Compass. You will be expected to build effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver profitable growth, whilst collaborating extensively with our Global HQ team. The NAE will also work closely with the Musketeer Scout field team to deliver first class communication and execution. This role will play an integral part in delivering substantial growth for the UK On Premise.

Deliver growth targets that are driven by business plans that are aligned and relevant to your customers and Red Bull priorities.
Evaluation of activity within Compass with learnings applied
Forecast, drive and track development of the growth of all sectors across the entire Red Bull portfolio to be able to make well informed, accurate and timely business decisions.
Ensure accurate forecasts of base and promotional volume and point of sale material, with subsequent evaluation of activities undertaken for future implementation.
Identify key opportunities within each Sector and build a plan that delivers mutually beneficial growth
Build and execute marketing initiatives across all sectors, ensuring mutual benefit for both Red Bull and the customer
Proactively manage the customer contact strategy to remove obstacles to progress and drive the account forward
Build, maintain and seek out new relationships with key contacts within each sector through timely meetings, communication and presentations to ensure the development of the overall business plan.
Build and maintain internal contact strategy to help meet overall account KPI’s.
Include collaboration with Field Sales, Category, Logistics, Finance, Brand & Shopper teams.
To become an expert in Category, Consumer and Customer covering both your customer and Red Bull.
Make decisions based on insight both sought and made available.
Work closely with internal category contacts and be able to utilise data and insights confidently.
Brand Ambassador – to be an advocate of the brand. Brilliant delivery of the ‘World of Red Bull to all key external contacts and consumers
Drive distribution for Red Bull across Compass Group
Develop strong internal and external relationships
