Red Bull UK is currently recruiting for a National Account Executive - Booker Wholesale to be based in UK.
The National Account Executive (NAE) will work alongside the National Account Manager (NAM) and support in the delivery of volume, profit and net revenue targets across the Booker Group. To achieve this, the Booker Wholesale NAE will work closely with the Booker Retail NAE and wider Red Bull business, including key stakeholders across field sales, supply chain, net revenue management, commercial finance, category management and shopper marketing teams. The strategic direction of the Company is to be followed, with particular emphasis on the key pillars within the Wholesale Channel. The Booker Wholesale NAE will have a particular emphasis on increasing Red Bull distribution across Symbols and Independent retail through the management of Booker’s wholesale network, as well as leading our relationship with Booker’s Tactical Trading team. To achieve this, the Booker Wholesale NAE will work closely with the Red Bull Field Sales team, driving our engagement with Regional Account Executives and Strikers (Brand Development Executives). The Booker Wholesale NAE will also be responsible for our strategy across Booker Catering, working closely with the On Trade team to grow Red Bull relevance and distribution across the On Trade universe.

Deliver growth targets driven by business plans that are aligned to Booker and Red Bull’s priorities.
Post-evaluation of activity within account with learnings applied.
Analysis of sales out performance with full ownership and management of performance reporting.
Forecast, drive growth and track development of the account to be able to make well informed, accurate and timely business decisions.
Ensure accurate forecasts of base and promotional volume and point of sale material, with subsequent evaluation of activities undertaken for future implementation.
Proactively manage customer contact strategy in to remove obstacles to progress.
Hold timely meetings with key contacts to ensure development of overall business plan in conjunction with the National Account Manager.
Build and maintain internal contact strategy to help meet overall account KPI’s.
Collaborate with field sales, supply chain, net revenue management, commercial finance, category management and shopper marketing.
To become an expert in Category, Consumer and Customer, covering both your customer and Red Bull.
Positive decisions made based on insight, both sought independently and made available. Work closely with internal Category contacts and be able to utilise data and insights confidently.
To be a brand advocate to your customer, the trade and Red Bull, and mirror the brand values in order to deliver enhanced brand perception at all times.
