We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Account Director to lead our efforts in delivering exceptional complex care services, with a specialized focus on spinal injuries. As the Account Director, you will be instrumental in building and nurturing client relationships, driving growth, and ensuring the highest standards of care.

Responsibilities:

Market Development

In conjunction with the Managing Director, develop brand awareness for Libertatem through creation of marketing materials, thought leadership and networking.

To ensure presence at conferences and other training events to ensure we are positioned as a high-quality specialist provider.

New account development

To increase the number of case managers we work with through networking and development of long-term relationships.

Client Relationship Leadership:

- Oversee and cultivate strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor in the field of complex care for spinal injuries.

- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique needs and align our services accordingly.

Strategic Account Management:

- Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

- Drive growth through identifying new opportunities and expanding our presence within the complex care landscape for spinal injuries.

Service Excellence and Optimization:

- Lead efforts to optimize service delivery, working collaboratively with clinical teams to ensure tailored care solutions meet the specific needs of spinal injury patients.

- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance overall client satisfaction.

Contractual Oversight:

- Manage complex contracts with a focus on spinal injury care, ensuring compliance, profitability, and client satisfaction.

- Proactively address any contractual issues and work towards mutually beneficial solutions.
