Multi Trade Operatives required to start work for a Leicester based housing association
Long term temporary contract with the potential to be permanent
You will be responsible for carrying out day to day reactive maintenance in social housing
Work will be in occupied properties so previous experience working in a similar environment is required
You must have a trade related qualification (NVQ Level 2 minimum in either Joinery, Plumbing, Plastering)
You must have a valid driving license
You will also require an in date DBS, asbestos awareness and working at heights (can bepleted prior to starting)
Working Monday - Friday 08:00-16:30 (40 hours paid per week)
Possibility of out of hours rota/overtime TBC
