Your new role
We are looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Engineer OR Fabric Engineer to provide a building fabric maintenance and repairs service such as such as minor plumbing, carpentry, painting and decorating, and patch repairs with basic electrical and/or plumbing skills as you will be carrying out fabric repairs.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate would have experience within a Maintenance / Facilities Management environment and electrical engineering experience. Relevant qualifications required Level 3 Award, City & Guilds 2391, City & Guilds 2360 or equivalent. Some knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures and safe systems of working.
