Job Title: Multi-Site Contract Manager

Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum

Location: Southwest of England

I’m currently working with a well-known contract catering and support services establishment and they are looking for their next superstar! You will be leading and managing a team to deliver exceptional service to clients, ensuring compliance with company policies. Develop solutions to meet and exceed customer needs and achieve financial targets. This role is a multi-service operation, working across multiple sites in Southwest England.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive growth and retention of business through strategic account planning.

Foster client relationships and ensure delivery of financial targets.

Communicate strategies and drive performance improvements.

Maintain client and contractual relationships and ensure safety compliance.

Skills and Experience:

Experience in client management.

Experience working on a multimillion-pound contract and managing a large team

Strong leadership and delegation management.

Ability to demonstrate strong communication skills.

Senior management experience in catering and/or Facilities management.

A ‘CAN DO’ attitude
