Salary : £23,400 per annum
Location : Spires House, 5700 Oxford Business Park South, Oxford, OX4 2RW
Contract : Permanent, full time
Hours : 37.5 hours per week
Shifts : Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30am – 5:30pm
Break details : 1-hour unpaid
Work Model : In person
Staffing mix : The Multi-Services Assistant will work alongside four other Multi-Services Assistants and report to the Team Leader.
Interview format:
1) 30-min Microsoft Teams video interview with the Multi Services Team Leader
2) 60-min in person interview with the Account Manager

Purpose of this role:
The primary focus of the Multi-Skilled Operator will be to support the Reprographics and the Office Services on a daily basis to ensure all tasks are completed within time frame specified.
You will add value by providing daily back-office services for our client and teams. Services include but are not limited to reprographics and mail services in both physical and digital environments, with support for services in hospitality, facilities, audio/visual, reception, and other Williams Lea service lines as needed. The ideal candidate will have experience in administration and document production, and be extremely computer savvy.
