Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer – City of London
Location: City of London & West End
Salary: £46,000 Plus Overtime
Hours – Days Monday to Friday 8AM-5PM

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated in London and South of England. PRS is currently recruiting for a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to cover a number of commercial sites in the City of London and West End region. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance with an all-around understanding of most M&E/Fabric plants. You will be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance. In return, the company are offering a competitive salary paying up to £42,000, a company vehicle, and a fuel card. Duties:

  • Maintaining/repairing and serving a large variety of AC and refrigeration
  • Lead a team of Engineers
  • Plant Splits, VRV’s, VRF’s, chillers, down flow units and Heat Pumps
  • Some minor general maintenance
  • HVAC Plant and all associated Equipment
  • AHU Plant and associated Equipment
  • Split System Maintenance
  • VRV Servicing
  • Chiller Servicing
  • AHU Servicing

    • Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds Equivalent (minimum) Air-conditioning and refrigeration
  • Commercial experience in Building Services or FM Background
  • Experience with VRV’s, VRF’s, chillers, Air handling units
  • F Gas 2079/2089 qualified
  • Air conditioning and refrigeration knowledge
  • Flexible with a positive attitude and approach
  • 17th Edition (highly desired)
