Mental Health Social Worker – Hybrid – London
Are you an Adult social worker looking to improve the lives of vulnerable adults? Do you want to support adults from a hybrid role? Do you want to work with a low caseload?
A Local Authority in London is hiring for a full time Adults’ Mental Health Social Worker to adhere to local adults in need that are in use of the support from adult’s social care as part of the mental health teams.
Key Duties include:
Initial Mental Health Assessments and Support Plans
General Case Management and completing needs assessments

Supported by a stable and permanent management team
What are they looking for?
Qualified social worker with 2 year + adult mental health experience (expected)
Registered with SWE (expected)
Professional qualification in Social Work (expected)
