Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting experienced and Qualified Mental Health Practitioner to join a busy Adult’s Mental Team based in Hertfordshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust
To be successful in this role you must have a relevant Professional registration (SWE, NMC OR HCPC), be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work, Nursing or Occupational Therapy at degree level, and have post-qualified experience.

Your main responsibilities as a Mental Health Practitioner:
Maintain a personal awareness of legislation, policies and procedures, particularly those relating to the Care Act, The Mental Health Act, the Mental Capacity Act, safeguarding and self-directed support in order to apply a strong evidence base to ensure consistency and a high quality of service delivery.
Provide high quality assessment and intervention to service users experiencing a wide range of mental health problems, promoting recovery and independence to identify appropriate pathways and treatment plans with service users.
Care planning.
Care Coordination
Actively participate in, and contribute to supervision and team meetings
What we are looking for in a Mental Health Practitioner:
Post Qualified Registration in a core profession at degree level
Eligible to work in the UK
Hold a full UK license(where role is community based)
