Main duties of the job
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk:
Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and friendly manner.Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently.Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.Telephone Management:
Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently.Address inquiries and provide accurate information.Schedule and confirm appointments.Administrative Duties:
Maintain patient records and update information as required.Assist with administrative tasks as needed.Customer Service:
Address patient concerns and escalate issues as necessary.Provide compassionate support to patients and their families.Ensure patient confidentiality is maintained at all times.Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to convey information clearly and concisely.Professionalism:
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.Handle stressful situations with calm and composure.Compassion:
Demonstrate empathy and understanding towards patients.Provide supportive and compassionate care.Organisational Skills:
