Mechanical Technician Jobs – Middlesbrough

Logical Personnel Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a well-established engineering organisation who specialise in the removal, overhaul and replacement of various valves to companies involved in the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical Industries. We require recently qualified Mechanical Technician to fill Jobs – Middlesbrough based in their Teesside facility on a permanent contract.

Essentially you will need:

Recognised industry qualifications

Strong mechanical aptitude

Willingness to undertake in-depth training on valves and associated equipment

Comfortable working in both a workshop and site environments

Due to the level of training given, these roles would suit individuals who have recently qualified as a mechanical fitter/engineer (minimum NVQ Level 3).

The role:

You will be required to work and train within a spacious, modern workshop, undertaking the strip down, inspection, overhaul and testing of a variety of valves specifically for the process industry, This is highly skilled work with training to match.

Other info:

37.5hrs p/wk (8am – 4pm Mon – Fri)
