Job Description
Supervise the on site M&E team
Ensure training is compliant and implemented at all times
Be the main point of contact for deliveries and attend all meetings while planning and managing workloads/shift patterns
Planning and management of shift rota
Ensure all works are completed in a timely and accurate manner
Ensure compliance with all rules and regulations
Control budgets, meet KPIs and monitor supplier activity
Monitor and maximise Health and Safety policies
The Successful Applicant
Experience of working within Mechanical and Electrical engineering
Ideally has supervision/management experience
FM understanding or experience would be advantageous
Good communication and customer service skills with a focus on providing high service levels
Strong planner and good administrative skills
IT Literate
