As a Maths Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and high-quality lessons that inspire students to achieve their full potential. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Assess, monitor, and report on student progress, providing targeted support where necessary
- Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to engage and motivate students
- Contribute to the development of departmental schemes of work and resources
- Participate in extracurricular activities and enrichment programmes
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in Mathematics or a related subject
- Proven experience teaching Maths at secondary school level
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Maths
- Excellent classroom management skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities
