Role Overview:
As a Mathematics Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons that inspire students and develop their mathematical skills and understanding. You will play a key role in helping students achieve their academic goals and develop a love for the subject. This position requires a dynamic and innovative educator who can adapt to the needs of diverse learners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality Mathematics lessons to students at KS3 and KS4, with potential opportunities to teach KS5.
* Develop and implement schemes of work and lesson plans in line with curriculum objectives.
* Use a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles and abilities.
* Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students.
* Provide constructive feedback to support students' academic growth and understanding.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree in Mathematics or a related field.
* Proven experience teaching Mathematics at secondary level, with a track record of achieving excellent student outcomes.
* Strong knowledge of the Mathematics curriculum and current educational practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.
