As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing a broad range of activity across the Marketing Department and line management of several marketing personnel.
  • Being the primary contact point for Franchise Owners looking for advice and guidance on how to strengthen marketing activity on a local level.
  • Delivering a range of training and information sessions to Franchise Owners and other marketeers on the basics and fundamentals of marketing activity to improve performance.
  • To be accountable in supporting new franchises to establish a comprehensive marketing plan, including both online and offline strategy.
  • Collaborating with digital marketing and Communications & PR teams to ensure key projects and deliverables are aligned with the needs of the network.
  • Ensure campaigns and initiatives are running to budget and a clear ROI is demonstrated.
  • Evaluate current processes and identify new ones to drive efficiencies across the marketing department.
  • Act as a final quality assurance stage for website copy and wider marketing collateral.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • CIM or degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field – highly desirable
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in marketing management including managing a team
  • The ability to think strategically with excellent communication skills and a proven track record of successful marketing campaigns
  • Excellent presentation and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical, creative and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of CMS platforms and experience using Google and Adobe products
  • A positive, proactive and results-oriented attitude
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Creative thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
