Position: Marketing Manager
Location: Bridgwater, Somerset
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 DOE
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
Duration Permanent, Full-Time
Start Date: Immediate

The job
- Team Management: Lead and motivate a dynamic marketing team to achieve strategic objectives and foster a collaborative environment.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement long-term marketing strategies that align with business goals and drive growth.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing materials and platforms.
- Content Development: Oversee the creation of compelling content for various marketing channels, including digital, print, and social media.
- Digital Marketing: Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media to optimize online presence and performance.
- Project Management: Coordinate marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance and marketing metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and cost efficiency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing efforts with overall business strategies and objectives.
The requirements
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing strategies, and brand management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
