Our client, a global information technology services and consulting company, is recruiting for a Marketing Cloud Business Analyst to join their business in the UK.
Qualifications
Overall 8-10 years experience, including 4+ years in Marketing Cloud and 2+ years in role of BA
Experience in Telco CRM
Should be able to discuss requirements with Client related to Salesforce
Should be able to analyse client requirements and propose OOTB Standard functionality to business
Document User Stories, discuss requirement with Designer & Development team
Give Demo to business
Knowledge of Sales, Service Cloud, Communication Cloud (Vlocity) will be added advantage
Experience in JIRA, Confluence
Well versed with Agile
Salesforce Certified
German Language is Mandatory
