Role Overview
As the Marketing and Internal Communications Manager you will continue to cement Ipsos Karian and Box as the go to partner for all thing employee experience, include employee research, culture, strategy and activation.
You will also be instrumental in advocating and executing the organisation's two-way internal communication that continues to fostering an open and safe dialogue, which is key to our continued success.
What will I be doing?
Marketing (c80% of role)
With the Head of Business Development and Marketing, create and execute a marketing strategy that aligns with our 5 year strategy and business objectives.
Effectively manage the marketing budget and monitor relevant KPI’s to ensure ROI
Contribute to the growth of the business by generating referrals and opportunities by using a mix of channels, working together with the Head of BDM and Thought Leadership Director.
Oversee and manage our social media and other marketing channels, including the creation of content for these.
Develop and oversee the creation of marketing materials, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
With the Head of BDM, support the development of key business partnerships through targeting marketing activity.
Internal Communications (c20% of role)
Develop an internal communications plan with clear objectives to improve the experience of our c140 colleagues
Create internal comms and internal events that are clear, accessible and relevant for our diverse audience.
Work closely with the wider Ipsos Internal Comms team, ensuring effective collaboration and consistency of messaging across the organisation.
Working with others
Work collaboratively with our Creative Services team of talented designers, writers and animators to deliver marketing and IC collateral
Line management and coaching of the Marketing Executive
What do I need to bring with me?
Demonstrated experience of co-creating and executing a clear marketing plan
Expertise in overseeing the full marketing mix including digital marketing, social media management, content planning and partnership management
Proven experience of planning, executing and reporting on marketing campaigns
Content development and distribution via digital marketing platforms and social media
High attention to detail with proficiency in verbal and written communications
Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach
Solutions focused with excellent problem-solving skills
The ability to be resourceful and build effective relationships at all levels
An interest and understanding of employee engagement and the market we operate in is desirable
Experience of implementing, developing and overseeing internal communications activities is desirable
