A starting salary of up to £28,000

Annual profit share, up to 10%

Roles & Responsibilities:

The Manufacturing Engineering Technician will be responsible for supporting projects as directed, making system improvements, updating, and improving documentation. They will be a large part of converting paper-based processes to a paperless solution.

Support the running of manufacturing engineering projects

Create paperless solution for existing processes in the 365 environment

Assist in developing lean principles across all manufacturing sites

Design and create reports on key operational data (Power Bi)

Establish and/or adjust Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)

Improve Visual management standards

Provide training on developed paperless solutions

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in a Project Coordinator / Manufacturing Technician role

Excellent IT skills

Good knowledge of the Power platform, Power Bi, Power Automate etc.

Knowledge of lean principles, 5s etc.
