Position Profile:
This position leads and manages a portfolio of strategic, highly complex and multi-disciplinary projects, including undertaking a lead role in planning, initiating, developing, evaluating, and managing projects to achieve the desired outcomes in support of delivering organisational and broader government objectives in relation to the disaster management cycle, with a focus on operational capacities and capabilities. In this role you will work collaboratively with the Manager Response Capability to support the Director in the development and implementation of the State Health Emergency Management Support Plan capacities and capabilities, as well as the development and delivery of the Disaster Management and Response system. You will also be responsible for overseeing of the logistic component of WA Health response to a disaster or emergency; interstate, intrastate or international, and provide expert strategic advice regarding relevant current, evolving, or emerging issues to facilitate informed executive decision-making.Employee Benefits: In addition to the great salary our employees enjoy an amazing range of benefits which may include (in line with operational requirements):
