This role is aligned to the UK Shared Prosperity Fund Project, which is led by the University of Sunderland to support various Skills Programmes which form part of the commercial portfolio, and the funding from the Shared Prosperity Fund bid will see this area continue to grow. The successful role holder will be passionate about training, developing, engaging, and inspiring learners to achieve. They will be responsible for providing high-quality training to learners on Business, Management and Leadership courses and develop new business to grow the provision to meet contractual targets.

About the role

We are looking to recruit a Management Trainer/Assessor. The University of Sunderland and a number of other partners recently secured a UK Shared Prosperity Fund Project to develop a wide and holistic suit of provision, designed to support businesses and individuals in Sunderland. 

MTC is a training provider offering a range of accredited and non-accredited courses in a wide range of Technical IT, Desktop Applications, Business Management and Leadership courses, as well as a portfolio of Apprenticeship Programmes. 

Due to the anticipated extensive demand for Business, Management and Leadership training within the project, we are looking to appoint an experienced Trainer to support training delivery. 

What you can bring 

As a Business, Management and Leadership Trainer you will have experience of training across a wide range of topics as well as developing and delivering bespoke training to meet business requirements.

The role requires you to hold a relevant teaching or training qualification and have extensive training and Business, Management and Leadership experience.
