Job Description
Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Assisting in budget preparation and expense management activities for future forecasting.
Engaging in thorough financial analysis to aid strategic decision-making processes.
Ensuring the accuracy of financial data and compliance with accounting standards.
Supporting auditing activities by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentations.
Collaborating with team members to achieve better results.
Improving systems and procedures and initiating corrective actions.
Advising on the improvement of profitability and cost-efficiency.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Management Accountant should have:
A degree in Accounting or a related field.
2 years+ working in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and numerical proficiency.
Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication skills for reporting to senior management and stakeholders.
Ideally studying towards CIMA/ACCA.
