We're seeking a highly motivated Health and Social Care Teacher (QTS) to join our dynamic department in a Good mixed school in Havering. The Role:
- Full-time, permanent position starting September 2024 (or sooner if possible).
- Teach Health and Social Care at [GCSE or A-Level] level (please specify in your application).
- Design and deliver stimulating and interactive lessons that explore vital social issues, healthcare systems, and personal development.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel encouraged to participate and reach their full potential.
- Play a key role in developing and delivering a rigorous and relevant Health and Social Care curriculum.

Who We Are Looking For:
- A qualified Health and Social Care Teacher (QTS) with a passion for inspiring young people.
- Experience teaching Health and Social Care at the specified level is preferred, but we welcome applications from enthusiastic Newly Qualified Teachers (NQT) as well.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students from diverse backgrounds.
- A commitment to fostering critical thinking skills and a passion for social justice.
- The ability to create a safe and inclusive learning environment for students to explore sensitive topics.
