Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging English lessons to students of varying abilities.
- Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with the national curriculum.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback and support.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and school improvement.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Proven experience in teaching English, preferably in a secondary school.
- Strong subject knowledge in English literature and language.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
