We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Operative to join our team. We are a leader in the high-growth flexible office market. Our expertise spans the commercial property industry, with four specialised divisions delivering serviced office spaces, managed office spaces, and brokerage services.
We are looking for a talented and versatile Maintenance Operative to join our dynamic One Avenue Group team. If you take pride in your work and enjoy a variety of hands-on tasks, this role is for you. You will be responsible for a wide range of maintenance activities within our commercial office spaces, from wallpapering and tiling to carpet laying and general upkeep. Your work will be essential in keeping our facilities not just safe and functional, but also vibrant and visually appealing for our clients. If you’re a can-do person who loves tackling different challenges and contributing to a positive, collaborative work environment, this could be your ideal role.
Requirements
- Proven experience in wallpapering, tiling, carpet installation, and general maintenance
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Physical ability to perform manual labour, including lifting heavy objects, standing for long periods, and working in confined spaces
- Ability to follow instructions and deliver high-quality work. Good communication skills and a professional attitude
