A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Engineer to join an renowned UK wide Manufacturing and Distribution company’s in the Bristol Area.
With no day ever being the same the Maintenance Engineer role offers genuine long-term progression and career development within a first-class organisation.
Role & Responsibilities:
Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on industrial printing/coating, laminate, slitting and lifting equipment.
Address mechanical/electrical faults and perform necessary repairs to minimize downtime.
Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to pinpoint issues and implement effective solutions.
Assist in the installation, commissioning, and calibration of new machinery and equipment.
Implement system upgrades and modifications to enhance performance and reliability.
Prepare detailed reports on equipment performance and incidents.
Participate in safety training and contribute to a safe working environment.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a maintenance role within an industrial setting.
Proven experience working with industrial printing and laminate equipment is highly preferred.
Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
Proficient in reading and interpreting technical diagrams and schematics.
