We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join our family on a full time basis. This position reports to the Maintenance Manager.
Working pattern: shift work / 5 days a week with 2 days off
Salary: £24000 + service charge
We are looking for someone that has previous experience as a Maintenance Engineer or Handyperson; with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team with great communication skills, both verbal and written.
As a Maintenance Engineer you will:
- Carry out any repair or maintenance issues throughout the hotel as and when they arise
- Performs preventative maintenance
- Paint of public and back of house areas
- Be responsible for all tools, materials and sundries used in connection with main duties
