Job Description:
We are currently seeking experienced Band 6 Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMNs) or Community Psychiatric Nurses (CPNs) to join our dynamic team in Maidstone. The successful candidates will provide high-quality care and support to individuals experiencing mental health difficulties within the community settings such as depot clinics and duty and care.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of service users’ mental health needs.
Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with service users and their families.
Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions and treatments.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and adjust care plans accordingly.
Provide crisis intervention and support during acute episodes.
Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.
Provide education and support to service users and their families regarding mental health issues, treatment options, and coping strategies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all interactions and interventions.
Requirements:
NMC Registration 6 months
Minimum of 6 months experience as an anaesthetic nurse
To meet our framework compliance requirements including DBS, and Occupational Health and Updated CV
Right to work within the UK – proof will be required.
