Job description
Our client is seeking an experienced M&E Site / Construction Manager to join their team working on the Glasgow subway on a 6-8 month contract. You'll be office based and need to be willing to work a mixture of days and nights on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage M&E industrial/commercial construction projects on the Glasgow Subway
Oversee tasks such as trunking, tray and conduit installations, CCTV setup, cabling, and electrical connections
Ensure the smooth operation of the Maintenance Stabling Depot for Trains
Work a mixture of days and nights, being responsible for both office-based work and on-site project management
Job Requirements:
Proven experience working as an M&E Site / Construction Manager
Strong understanding of M&E systems and processes
Experience in industrial projects, particularly in trunking, tray and conduit installations, CCTV, cabling, and electrical connections
Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members
Willingness to work nights as required
D&A and Medical will be required to work on the project
