A well established M&E Building Services Contractor operating over 14 years is looking for either an intermediate or senior quantity surveyor. Thispany prides itself on great service that it gives to customers and therefore often gains repeated work, examples of the sectors they work with include; hotels, transport andmercial. Equally important to thepany is looking after its employees and this be seen in high staff retention and events that the offer to their staff which has included trips abroad.
Your new role
You will be working as a M&E Quantity Surveyor, working on a wide spectrum of project values up to £20 million - although their typical range for project values is circa £3-10 million. You will be involved in various duties within this role and that will include overseeing contracts, alongside the financial aspects accordingly.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a M&E Quantity Surveyor - performing at least of an intermediate level. You will need to be in amutable distance from the office based in Nottinghamshire.
What you'll get in return
£40,000 - £75,000, pension,pany car, healthcare, annual bonus and death in service
