At a glance This is a hybrid working role, therefore your time will primarily be split between working from home and the Head Office. However, there will also be an expectation to visit other locations as the need arises. The role can be based at either our Bracknell or London Head Office depending on your preference. If based in London, the normal place of work for this role is Victoria, London pending the relocation of the London office to Pimlico during the summer of 2024, after which the normal place of work will become Pimlico, London. A full UK driving license is required to fulfil the travel requirements of the role. The salary range for this role is set at £43,700 - £65,500. Please note that we are seeking candidates with salary expectations between £43,700 - £55,000 for this role. This position is a 12 month fixed term contract. About the role This is an exciting time to join our Estate Planning team, as we look to undertake crucial growth and relocation plans to develop and deliver our Partnership Estate strategy. As a Location Planning and Assessment Manager, you will support the estate assessment and identify relocation opportunities, utilising your own initiative, judgement and recommendations. In this role, you will support the catchment review. This will include identifying opportunities for new propositions based on analysis of customer profiles and changes in shopping habits, as well as assessments of low performing shops and the relative headroom in those catchments. You will support on providing sales forecasts for new stores, specifically in the convenience estate. You will maintain the data relating to competitors in each geographic catchment. This will include commissioning data from external market suppliers and maintaining their performance. You will assess the impact of online growth on the physical estate sales forecasting.
