Litigation, Personal Injury Solicitor – Edinburgh / Hybrid

We have been instructed on this new position with our client, a fast-growing and ambitious Law Firm in Edinburgh. The firm is currently seeking an additional Lawyer to join its well-established Litigation Team on a full-time basis.

The purpose of the role is to provide professional legal advice on and insurance litigation claims. Key responsibilities will include:

Specialising in public sector and insurance litigation, managing cases across the Court of Session, all Scotland Personal Injury Court, and sheriff courts throughout Scotland.

Overseeing a diverse caseload that includes employer liability, public liability, occupier liability, and motor claims.

Managing both litigated and pre-litigated cases.

Conducting liability investigations and take witness statements.
