KeyResponsibilities:

• Actively pursue new business and establish marketing andcanvassing plans.
• Analyze market and customerneeds and align sales strategies.
• Provideinbranch training and coaching for staff.
• Conduct onetoone reviews and appraisals according tocompany standards.
• Handle daytoday inquiriesfacetoface and via telephone.
• Ensurecompliance with legislation and industry standards.

Knowledge &Experience:

• Previousexperience in estate agency.

• Previous people management experience(desirable).
