Night Leisure Cleaner

You recognise that our members have a certain standard when it comes to their fitness experience. So you’ll be hell-bent on making it one that keeps the smiles coming. Expect a varied night shift that includes cleanliness, hygiene, refining our awesome guest experience and taking care of the pool area, such as responding to poolside alarms.
The Role
● Cleaning and health & safety checks throughout the club
● Full security checks throughout the night, ensuring the security of the club and the safety of our members.
● You must have full and up to date knowledge of the NOP & EAP
● Use your training and full knowledge of the leisure night audit procedures and carry these out to the Company standard.
● Develop a detailed knowledge of the security and emergency procedures and carry these out to the Company standard.
● Maintain operational standards to the highest possible level in respect of service, hygiene, health and safety and ensure that there is minimal wastage.
● Assist the Hotel Night Team should they require assistance.
● Attend fire training every 3 months to comply with legislation, and any other required H&S training.
● Demonstrate full knowledge of the hotel’s facilities and be able to convey relevant information.
● Deal with complaints politely and positively making every effort to resolve there and then. If unable to resolve, pass all information to Night Manager/Leisure Club Manager.
