Your Role
Supporting fee earners with the preparation of bundles, opening and closing files on computer databases
Supporting on will writing
Calling our clients to arrange appointments and take basic instructions from them
Handling client enquiries by phone, letter and email
Arranging diary appointments, organising meetings with clients and drafting letters confirming details of meetings
Making sure all team files are in good order and databases are kept up-to-date
Opening case files on the relevant case management systems
Dealing with urgent typing support requestsAbout You
